CBM Sustainability Group is a group of companies which together provide professional services for development projects in a number of industry sectors.
CBM Sustainability Group Pty Ltd functions as the initiator and facilitator of innovative and sustainable development projects in the property, mineral resource and agri-business sectors and packages them to provide a strong return on investment (ROI) and a clear focus on sustainability.
Our commitment is to initiate, design and deliver high quality development projects that integrate harmoniously with their natural environment, establish positive long-term economic outcomes for both owners/investors and the broader community, provide greater comfort and satisfaction for their occupants and users, and provide social gains and improved community values.
With extensive experience in major project delivery, CBM Sustainability Group has the capacity and capability to successfully deliver projects from initiation, through to completion and, if necessary, into operational management.
CBM Sustainability Group is led by its Founder and Executive Chairman John Dingemanse FAIB FAICD, who has over 35 years’ experience in property development, project design, project management and project delivery and is highly regarded throughout Australia and overseas for his creativity and innovation in establishing benchmark sustainability projects.
As an organisation and as individual team members, we strive to positively influence communities through every one of our projects, by delivering on innovative design inputs and solid project management outcomes that promote and enhance sustainable development.
WHAT WE DO
CBM manages all aspects of project delivery including;
project initiation, concept design, development strategy and management, financial feasibility, approvals procurement, funding procurement, detailed design management, contractor procurement, construction and contracts management and overall project management.
Our wholly owned subsidiary CBM Sustainable Design provides Architectural and Engineering Design, Contract Management and Project Management services for our clients and/or project partners in commercial property, community/education and tourism developments. With offices in Tasmania, Victoria and New South Wales, CBM undertakes numerous community, educational, commercial, industrial and residential projects throughout Australia.
Exceed Engineering combine years of experience with a fresh approach to meet all of your engineering project needs. We are skilled and experienced in completing extensive commercial and multi-residential projects as well as industrial developments and have the capability and capacity for delivering all professional engineering services for multiple projects. However, we also enjoy working with families to help bring their residential or small business dreams to life and we work closely with architects in ensuring that the homes they design can be constructed cost-effectively. So whatever the type or scale of your project, we’re confident we can provide the professional engineering solutions you need by designing cost efficient structures and unique hydraulic and electrical services that can be efficiently delivered.

EB Solar is a renewable energy and energy efficiency design and construct contractor, and has extensive experience in the design and installation of renewable energy and energy efficiency projects, having installed >3MW of renewable energy in the last few years. EB Solar also offers project consulting services for the energy industry, including project economic analyses, renewable energy system design and output modelling, and project management.
All of the above professional consulting services are supported with group services via CBM Sustainability Group, which includes strategic direction, high level project management, financial management and reporting, project funding procurement and contract administrative support.
